unresponsive staffclosed lounge

the lack of staff was a problem. i was left waiting outside upon arrival (along with other guests) and phone calls went unanswered. it took two hours to get a response, and the reply was just an after i finally managed to get inside. furthermore, i noticed some hair in the bathroom and a chemical smell in the provided cup. the lounge area was also closed, restricting seating options to my room or a single chair in the kitchen.

The location proved wonderfully convenient. I could easily walk to the town centre. the shared kitchen was a bonus, equipped with everything needed, including a washing machine and tumble dryer. It featured a spacious double bed and ensuite. private parking was also available, a convenient amenity.

The location was convenient, with only a short walk to town. I liked having free parking available (a real bonus!). The modern kitchen was great, allowing me to prepare my own meals easily.

The locks on the doors were somewhat confusing initially. I found it took a little effort to get them to work smoothly.

The guest house is very close to the centre, about a 5-minute walk. Shops, train stations, and bus stations are nearby (very accessible). It is an easy walk to the city centre via the pedestrian bridge over the River Ness.

My bedroom was spacious and featured a very comfortable double bed. The ensuite includes a walk-in shower, lovely white towels, and complimentary toiletries (though I had my own). I could adjust the central heating in my room and ensuite.

Full use of the lovely kitchen allowed me to sort out my own breakfast. Restaurants and pubs are in the area, though I mostly ate in during this trip. The kitchen had all the appliances anyone would need.
